Weyerhaeuser Inc. Pulp Facility

ENERCON completed a number of back to back projects for an operating pulp mill. These projects were executed by multi-discipline engineering teams and included both on-site as well as home office services. Typical projects included:
- Engineering and Capital Cost estimate for the re-routing of the Non-Combustible Gas (NCG) system for the Recovery Boiler Project. Modifications to both the High Volume, Low Concentration (HVLC) and the Low Volume, High Concentration LVHC systems were included as part of the project scope.
- ENERCON provided design and detailed engineering for eight (8) large platforms and two (2) monorails. All drawings were sealed by a registered engineer.
- ENERCON provided a stationary ladder audit in the mill. Approximately 650 ladders were audited as a part of this project, which included four months of onsite services by an ENERCON structural engineer. This project was conducted in three phases - field investigation, reporting, and repair oversight.
